About the project

What is Partnership Factory?

Partnership Factory is an AI-based platform for finding business partners. We analyse companies' needs and capabilities and find partners that complement each other — up to alliances of several members, where each one covers its part of a shared task. As a result, you get not just a list of companies, but concrete partnership configurations tailored to your task.

Where can I see a presentation of the project?

The role of a presentation is played by the section “Partnership Factory”, which describes the logic, approach and working principles of the platform. If you need a short document (a PDF or a one-pager) for an internal presentation, write to us via the support section — we will prepare and send you the material.

How is the project different from ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek and other neural networks?

Partnership Factory is not “yet another neural network” but a layer built on top of one. We use an industrial-grade AI model as the core, while the service's value is created by our own partner database, data structure, processing logic and matching mechanics. General-purpose models such as ChatGPT, Claude or DeepSeek answer questions in a chat, but by themselves they do not create business alliances and do not run specialised partner matching. Our service works as a separate system: there is a member database, parameters and analytics, and what you get is practical recommendations for building a partnership — not just answers in a chat.

Figuratively speaking: a neural network is the engine, while Partnership Factory is a car with a specific destination and tuned driving logic. Without our layer on top, a neural network by itself does not create such alliances and does not operate within the narrow business logic of partner search.

How is AI matching different from a catalogue with filters?

A catalogue with filters shows matches on predefined fields. It is useful when you know exactly what you are looking for and a simple list is enough. Partnership Factory looks for non-obvious combinations: it takes into account context, goals and the compatibility of the parties, can bring several members together to cover a single need, and delivers not just a list of companies but the logic of a future alliance. This is AI analysis of context, not just checkbox filtering.

When was the service launched?

The service was launched in 2026 and is currently at its early stage. Early members get preferential onboarding terms — the starting price is lower than the later one, and their profiles take part in all matching runs from the moment of launch. The quality of the first cases matters a lot to us, so we accompany early onboardings with special care.

Who is this service for?

The platform is aimed at companies for which developing partnerships and alliances matters: technology and service businesses, integrators, consulting and manufacturing companies. If you have a clear need for a partner (entering a new market, a joint product, participation in a complex project, strengthening competencies), the service will help you structure the task and find suitable participants. The initiator can be a large company as well as a mid-sized business — the key condition is that partnership should be a practical tool for you, not a formal status in a catalogue.

How matching works

Which parameters are taken into account in matching?

We compare not only questionnaire fields but also compatibility logic. The calculation takes into account your goals, needs, resources, cooperation format, industry, scale, the desired type of alliance and the strategic fit of a joint project. AI matching works with context: it analyses who can complement whom and in what format, rather than simple matches on one or two attributes.

Can an alliance include more than two members?

Yes. One need can be covered jointly by several partners, each carrying its part of the role. The system evaluates how members complement each other and forms configurations of two or more parties. This is convenient for complex tasks: for example, when one initiative requires a technology partner, an integrator and a marketing player.

How will I learn about matching results? Will I get the partner's contact details?

Matching results are handled by the platform team: we contact each party and arrange an introduction. You do not receive a raw export of profiles; you enter a dialogue where pre-selected candidates and a clear alliance logic already exist. Members share contacts and details at the meeting, by mutual consent — this protects everyone's data and improves the quality of the first negotiations, because the people who come to the meeting already have a reason to talk about cooperation.

What is the platform's role in the partnership being created?

The platform does not simply issue a recommendation and disappear. We accompany the creation of the alliance: we arrange the introduction of the parties, help clarify roles, fix expectations and the basic logic of the partnership. In some cases we can take part in developing the partnership scheme as a separate participant of the ecosystem — the format and degree of involvement are discussed with the parties individually. Our goal is for the alliance to be viable, not to remain at the level of an idea.

What do I need to prepare to get started?

To join, it is enough to fill in the member questionnaire: describe your company, key needs, the resources you are ready to invest in a partnership, and the desired cooperation format. You do not have to formulate a perfect request right away — if you are not sure how best to describe your task, write to support and we will help structure the request for the AI matching format.

How long does matching take?

The matching time depends on the complexity of the request and the current size of the database. On average, the initial matching and questionnaire analysis take from a few business days to a few weeks; we communicate more precise timelines after the package is activated. We also keep you informed of the status: we let you know when the matching is ready and agree on a convenient time for the first meeting.

What if a suitable partner is not found right away?

Your profile stays in the database and continues to take part in matching as the database grows — a match may appear when new members join. This is especially relevant for specific tasks or niche industries. At your initiative we can run matching generation again within your chosen plan, to take into account updated data and the expanded circle of potential partners.

Can I be both a client and a partner?

Yes. The same company can act both as the initiator of a need and as a potential partner for other members. In the questionnaire you can specify both the tasks you want to solve through alliances and the resources/competencies you are ready to share. This makes you part of the ecosystem: you get access to potential partners and become a meaningful participant for others.

Members and the database

How many members are in the database now?

The database is being actively filled. At this stage, the quality and relevance of profiles matter more to us than formal numbers: every member goes through moderation, and early members' profiles take part in all matching runs from the very start. We are not chasing thousands of records for the sake of report figures — our goal is for every profile to be a potentially useful partner for someone else in the system.

What is the geographic and industry coverage?

Geographic and industry coverage expands as the database grows, with no artificial industry restrictions. We focus on companies genuinely interested in partnerships and alliances, not just in being present in a catalogue for the sake of it. In practice this means the database may include players from different regions and verticals, but they all share one thing: real tasks that are easier to solve together.

How is member data verified?

Profiles go through moderation: we check the key questionnaire fields and pay attention to the consistency of the declared data. No open system can completely rule out inaccurate information, so the final check happens naturally — at the arranged meeting of the parties before cooperation begins. In the course of communication it quickly becomes clear how well the declared information matches reality, and alliance building proceeds only with mutual trust.

How many partnerships have already been created? Are there public case studies?

Statistics on created partnerships and case studies are published as results accumulate and only with the consent of the member companies. As a matter of principle, we do not disclose information about members, the terms of their deals or internal metrics without explicit permission — this is part of the platform's confidentiality policy. When case studies are ready for publication, we present them so that they are useful to other members without revealing unnecessary details.

Does the service work for SMEs, or only for large companies?

The platform suits both mid-sized businesses and larger companies. What matters is not size, but having meaningful partnership tasks and being ready to invest in joint projects. Smaller companies often come to strengthen competencies or enter new markets; larger ones — for more flexible configurations and specialised partners. We tune matching to your situation, not just to headcount or revenue.

Data and security

What data do I disclose and who sees it?

You disclose only the data you provide in the questionnaire yourself: needs, resources, interests and the parameters of the desired partnership. Members' questionnaires are not visible to other companies — access to data is limited by the service rules. Information about potential partners is disclosed only to the members of a specific alliance, with their consent, at an arranged meeting. So the questionnaire serves as a matching tool, not a public showcase anyone can browse.

Won't my questionnaire become a source of information for competitors?

The system is built from the ground up as a closed matching database, not an open catalogue. Other members do not see your questionnaire in full and cannot browse the database in free-search mode. Visibility restrictions, moderation and access rules are built into the service architecture: the questionnaire's job is to find relevant partners through AI mechanics, not to expose sensitive information to outside observers. This is a key principle we build the platform on.

How is personal data protected?

Personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of 152-FZ (the Russian data-protection law) and stored on servers in Russia. Only depersonalised business parameters are passed to AI processing — without company names, specific contacts or other personal data. What matters to the AI is the structure and logic of your needs and resources; specific names and contacts stay inside the protected part of the system and are not used as raw material for the model.

Can I change the questionnaire after submitting it?

Yes, you can edit the questionnaire at any time, free of charge — in your account on the website or via the Telegram bot. Updated data is taken into account in the next matching run.

How do I delete my data?

If you want to stop participating in the platform and delete your data, write via the support section in your profile. Your profile and personal data will be deleted in the manner provided by our data-processing policy and applicable law. We do not retain access to your personal data after an official deletion request, except where the law explicitly provides otherwise.

Pricing and payment

Is the service paid? What does the package include?

Yes, the service is paid. The basic package includes placing your profile in the closed database, AI matching of compatible partners, recommendations for building the alliance and arranging the first introduction of the parties. In other words, you are not paying for “database access for its own sake”, but for the work of the system: questionnaire analysis, search for relevant configurations and support of the partnership's first steps. Preferential terms apply at the start — those who join now keep their terms even after prices change.

When does payment occur?

Payment occurs when a package is activated. Before that, you can get to know the service description for free, discuss the format, ask the team questions and assess whether our approach to partner matching suits you. We deliberately separate the introduction stage from the stage when the system works, so that the payment decision is a well-informed one.

What exactly do I get for the payment?

For the payment you get the combined work of the platform and the team: analysis of your questionnaire, AI matching of compatible partners, practical recommendations for building the alliance and arranging the introduction of the parties. Depending on the plan, this can be extended with additional consultations, deeper analysis and support of the next steps. The value is in not spending months on manual search and chaotic negotiations, but quickly reaching meaningful partnership configurations.

Can I test the service or start with a smaller format?

The service currently operates as paid packages. That said, you can get a free consultation: ask questions, describe your task and discuss which onboarding format suits you best. As the platform develops, we may add “light” products and pilot formats — this will be announced on the website and in our mailings.

Support

Where do I go with questions?

You can send questions and suggestions to the “Support” section in your profile. Typical questions are answered by an AI assistant that helps you quickly get information about the service; more complex requests are promptly forwarded to the administrator or the responsible specialist. We aim to keep the service human: AI helps with routine, and real people step in where nuances matter.

What should I do if I am not sure the alliance format suits me?

Write to us via support and briefly describe your situation. We will help you understand which tasks can realistically be solved through partnerships, and we will say honestly if the alliance format does not currently offer enough value for your case. It is better to discuss this once before joining than to test the format blindly without a clear goal.
